Patterns:

All products sold here are digital items (downloadable sewing patterns and files) delivered electronically. For digital content supplied immediately, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun, where the customer has given prior express consent and acknowledged losing that right. By completing your purchase and downloading your files, you give that consent and confirm you understand the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies. Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final once download or access has begun. Technical problems with a file? Email wynunlimited@gmail.com and we’ll fix it.

Pattern fees are non-refundable.

Clothing:

I am committed to providing you with quality recycled clothing that will last. I can only accept returns for damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact me within 14 days. Return shipping costs will be covered by me, If the item is accepted for return. A full refund will be issued within 30 days.
